Kettering Health is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join a well-established community cancer program covering the Dayton/Cincinnati corridor. This is a growth-based role that features a large referral base, strong APP support, and direct support from a collaborative multispecialty team of 60+ oncology experts, all committed to delivering empathetic, evidence-based care within a mission-driven, not-for-profit health system.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: 2-year guaranteed salary starting at $575,000.00, monthly productivity payments (uncapped), annual quality incentive payment, sign-on bonus, and moving expense reimbursement.
- Time Off: 6 weeks PTO (31 days total) + 10 CME days with allowance
